Place my hand on the window,
The trees and scenery a passing view,
Pretend you're here beside me,
The warm feeling of your presence,
Smile the most fake smile I've smiled,
The tears and the sadness a troubling struggle,
Dream you're in my arms,
The reality soon destroys my humanity,
Believe we'll be together soon,
The crushed hopes have taken their toll,
Force myself to continue moving,
The weight of the world soon pushes me down,
Lie there in a puddle of blood,
The tears soon stop as does my heart,
Breathe no more as my life soon fades,
The pain disappears with my inadequate life.
